Great location, quiet rooms. Breakfast good but should be available later than 9 am. Some Staff at front desk aloof and one was out on the patio hanging out when needed.

Great location, nice spot - will definitely stay again if we are in the area. The breakfast was better than most included breakfasts and the staff were so fabulous.

Had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. Rooms were clean, the gym was good and kids enjoyed the pool. Bed and sofa was comfortable and relaxing. Just the wifi was slow.

If I could give “0” stars I would. A dispute over the music in the gym lead to the guest lying on me. Instead of the hotel talking to me first, they took the side of the other guest and called the police on me and requested that leave the hotel. Please note that I am a black women who was traveling on business. Who was not only being questioned by three police officers, there were three male staff members as well. I have since made three follow up with request that the hotel manager call me but I have not received a call back. In addition, Hyatt’s upper management has not contacted either. I was a frequent customer at the location with Discoverist status. This really shows how this location and brand care out your loyalty them.
