We stayed at the Wildflower Inn for a short weekend. It's a very interesting old building, dating from the 1850s, and we stayed in a lovely room at the back of the house with a huge stone fireplace dominating the room (great four-poster queen bed as well). There's plenty of common space if you need some downtime to read or play a game. The homemade breakfast was delicious and Michelle and Tom were friendly hosts. We also got to snow shoe on the property!

The Windflower Inn remains one of our family's favorite destinations in the beautiful Berkshires. The new owners have added some nice modern touches (flat screen tv in the room, Keurig in the sitting area for self-service coffee/tea any time of day) that were great, but have kept the wonderful charm and coziness of the Inn itself. Highly recommended, just don't take my room when i need it!!

This lovely inn deserves a five star rating in every respect. This was a single overnight stay. My hubby and I both wish it had been much longer. We didn't want to leave. Please refer to my review on the Orbitz website. Hunt from Blue Hill, Maine.

Felt right at home, and was welcomed like family. When I booked the room Michele asked what I wanted to eat for breakfast. Clean, comfortable bed, coffee maker and cookies in the lobby, magazines to read in the lobby...

We returned to Windflower after more than 20 years...we were not aware of the new ownership until we arrived and saw how nicely the grounds and interior had been spruced up. Michelle and Tom were gracious and most accommodating during our short stay--the room was quite comfortable and our breakfast outstanding. What a pleasant surprise! We will definitely go back.
