We were anxious to try one of our newest local restaurants and decided to give Brickhouse a try.
The menu is quite extensive giving us lots of choices.
We had a very tasty dinner of eggplant parmigiana and bar-be-que ribs. The eggplant was a thick and perfectly cooked with just a small amount of breading. The sauce was perfect as was the pasta.
The ribs were served with potato salad and corn, all delicious.
Dinner was topped of with fabulous creme brulee, creamy custard topped with a carmalized topping.
Friendly service insured we will definitely return.
