We met friends who are locals here for dinner - it is a little off the beaten track and we would'n't have stumbled across it on our own. It is a small, cozy place with a sophisticated menu. I had the Bistro salad and the ribeye steak and my husband had roasted chicken - the portions were very large. Our friends ate off the vegetarian side of the menu with roasted carrots, pita with three dipping sauces, roasted fingerling potatoes and pasta. They have an interesting cocktails list and a good assortment of wines. My husband ordered the chocolate pot de creme for dessert which was decadent and came with a delicious shortbread cookie. The staff was professional and friendly. Great ambience!

Small cozy neighborhood restaurant. In the running for the best food in Portland. Not cheap but not as expensive as the more famous places. One block from Good Theater on Munjoy Hill.

What a great find! You might miss this restaurant if you were just driving around the neighborhood. Make the effort to find the Blue Spoon, you won’t be disappointed. The hamburger is terrific and the rib eye steak was excellent, both in quality and flavor. Wait staff is friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu and preparation. The tapas selections are extensive from many of the worlds cuisines. Make reservations, for a party of 6 or more, the restaurant is small.

My wife and I enjoyed our anniversary dinner here. The restaurant was crowded and we didn't have reservations so we sat at the bar and really enjoyed our meal. The bartender was friendly and added to the fun evening. Great experience and highly recommend it.

Five friends met for brunch on Saturday morning. I had a BLT and it was the BEST I have had in a long time. Made with thick bacon and sour dough bread. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend
