We were very sad to leave Prvic island and this little house. The views from the terraces were to die for and the mint from the garden amazing"
We had a warm greeting from the owner and were quite surprised that the description hadn't mentioned the number of steps up to the house or the steepness of them inside the house. It wasn't a problem for us, but it would be necessary for others to know just in case they have fitness or mobility difficulties.
The house was also a little untidy and dusty downstairs. It would have been nice to have had a coffee maker.
We soon got over that as Prvic is amazing. It is tranquil and you soon get into the vibe. There's a good choice of restaurants and a small shop. Part of the adventure is going back on the ferry to the mainland to get food.
The beaches aren't the best Croatia has to offer, but the one along from the port in Vodice is actually quite nice. It's a 20 minute ferry ride there.
The other place to visit is the old town in Sibenik. This necessitates a longer ferry ride, but 45 mins gets you there and you see the channel with the fort and all the boats.
