It was a real treat to be taken to Crawdaddy's Kitchen for lunch on a working visit to Bossier City. This is a great place with a real Cajun feel about it, right down to the background music. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful , explaining some of the dishes to us.
The menu has plenty of choice, but we selected the Frogs Legs and Fried Alligator after sampling the Boudin Balls as an appetizer. The optional pickled green tomatoes were stunning. Well done guys, I hope to return soon.
