Stopped here for lunch. Interesting space. Decent menu. Had the shrimp tacos. They were good, not the best I ever have had, but good. Woody had the szechwan steak sandwich. Steak was tender enough to cut with a fork and had good flavor, he was happy. Service was decent. Prices were fair.

If you are ever near the Rupp Arena and hungry, then you must go to Saul Good! Their shrimp and grits are excellent! Their pizza is delicious and unique! They have a large gluten free menu including their pizzas and burgers. Ask for Taylor or Mark! You will not go wrong!

We stopped in during a family overnight in Lexington. Walking distance from Our hotel and Rupp Arena and Convention center downtown. Lovely ambiance - pub with some New Orleans flair. It was. Saturday night about 715/730 and the dinner rush was over so our party of 4 sat right down.

The cocktails were good although the fruity strawberry lemonade based one was kind of sweet - if you don’t like them that sweet ask them to go easy, cut it with club soda or pick something else. But they were good !!

Flatbreads were delicious and there were some fun and intriguing selections to choose from. My youngest daughters chicken tenders and fries were well received (Good for the picky eaters). The Cajun Chicken pasta was good but a generous serving - could easily be shared.

I’d be remiss not to mention to LEAVE ROOM FOR DEASERT! No way we were leaving without trying the chocolate fondue dip (with dark or milk chocolate, lots of berries, pound cake, pretzels and rice Krispy squares for dipping. Thy didn’t even flinch when we asked for extra strawberries. And the Bananas Foster Waffle Was delicious. The Belgian Waffle was fresh and soft (not overly crunchy or dry like some) with a generous helping of bananas foster and vanilla ice cream.

A+, glad we found this to add to our list for another Lexington visit!
