Garingboom B&B Guest Farm
Ranked #3 of 5 Bethulie B&B and Inns
Reviewed 3 May 2017

Garingboom B&B Guest Farm is set in a tranquil Free state farm environment. One can see and experience the farm life from the veranda of the very well equipped accommodation. Although advertised as a B&B one can also book supper, which is really out of this world with good wholesome home cooked meals. Breakfast is also very good. The owners are enthusiastic and keen nature lovers. Garingboom is outstanding for birding with a nice variety of species. It is one of those places where you wish you had more time to extend your stay.

Garingboom, found on the web but later recommended to us by friends, was a great stay, the dinner excellent and Riette's enthusiasm and knowledge of birds and insects all added to a memorable overnight stay. We enjoyed watching the ground squirrels in the peaceful quiet environment.

What a lovely owner run couple that welcomed us and served great dinner and breakfast. Very attentive. Lovely rooms with all you need and a little patio. Tranquil farm environment with beautiful gardens. Sit and take it all in and read for a while. The owners have an amazing insight into they wildlife, insects and birds on the farm and are avid photographers of it all.

We stay at Garingboom on a recent trip down to the Cape. What a beautiful place. Cottages, although small are well equipped, clean and comfortable. The hosts are very hands on and welcomming. The best roast lamb and traditional farm veggies I have ever tasted. Will definitely be back.
