We chose this brilliant little cabin as it was for our honeymoon, It was secluded, quiet and in
A picturesque location, It was equipped to a high standard and ticked all the boxes for us.
It was cosy and homely, shame we had'nt stayed longer. It was just a short drive from Ambleside and had easy access to the heart of the Lake DIstrict.
We'll certainly return again.

Real luxury and well-equipped accommodation. Ideally located. Secluded and relaxing but just a five minute walk from a pub and good food and 10 minute drive from Ambleside and all the amenities you need for a self-catering holiday in The Lakes.
It really is 'plug and play' accommodation - the owners' arrival instructions meant we were all set up within five minutes of arrival after a long drive.
There were two parts to our family holiday. Exploring the wonderful Lakes during the day and returning to spend the evening in our comfortable cabin. When I return to The Lake District I won't need to search for somewhere to stay - I'm going back to Blelham Tarn!
Lovely cabin- cosy but spacious and with absolutely everything we needed for a weekend away with our well-behaved dog. Ideal set-up for anyone running in the Montane Lakeland 50/ 100 though don't be tempted to crash there on the way through Skelwith Bridge! Fabulous location and only a stone's throw from one of our favourite eateries, Chester's by the River.
My fiancé booked blelham tarn for her birthday. I was surprised at how nice it actually was. Waking up in the morning to the country side is fantastic. Definitely coming back again next year!!!!
