The good: The staff do their best but there is no communication between shifts. For example, we tried to use the "business center" but someone changed the password and didn't tell anyone. It made logging onto the computer almost impossible. Apparently, "it happens all the time" according to the front desk. The building is old, worn and no money has been put into it in awhile. It is a run down Motel 8 with nice people.
Pros: Maids, most of the staff, close to Great America
Cons, building maintenance, public area cleanliness, "breakfast", noise, just a dark, depressing place all around.
