Short walk from our hotel. Full of people enjoying the sites and amazing Chicago weather. A must see when in town.

When our student trip arrived we immediately walked around this park. It was a beautiful day to be outdoors. There was even a jazz festival going on. So much activity that the students didn't want to leave until they got hungry!

I was there on May 26th and there was the trance music festival which was, to my surprise, open for everyone, free of charge. Stages all over the beautiful park. It was great to be able to sit on the grass and enjoy the music surrounded by families and visitors. The bean makes the visit of the park a must and the beautiful fountain too (kids were really enjoying it in this warm weather). Definitely recommend the place to speared the afternoon or for a picnic!

We really enjoyed this park! We loved the Cloud Gate (the bean) and the Crown Fountain. We ate outside at the Plaza. The grounds are beautiful and a wonderful way to spend a sunny day in Chicago.

There are lots of things to do in Millennium Park. The Cloud Gate (shiny bean) is the main attraction - you can take lots of fun photos there. There's a music venue, children's playground (with lots of sections, slides and different things to see), a skate rink surrounding a climbing wall, the Art Institute, the Natural History Museum and lots and lots of greenery and parkland to explore. Had a lot of fun just walking around. There seem to be events happening in the park quite often - we saw an orchestra conducting their rehearsals for later that evening and a bit of jazz music in another area. Highly recommended!
