This is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at. My husband and I were attending a nearby concert for our 10th anniversary. I could have chosen a less expensive hotel, but I had read positive reviews for this one. I almost wonder if the reviews were paid, as they could not have been more inaccurate. We arrived to an incredibly rude manager, Ashley, who informed us that even though it was 3:30p and check in was at 3:00p, our room was unavailable. She then told us that our reservation was for a double queen, even though I showed her a copy of a king room reservation. The room itself was disgusting -- had there been available rooms at a nearby hotel, we would have left immediately. The bathroom had hair all over the floor, dirt from shoe prints on the tile, two dead spiders, hair shavings from a razor in the shower, and dust and hair on all tables and on the switch for the table lamp. My husband and I wore sandals in the shower and slept in long pants and long-sleeved shirts due to the filthy conditions. While we were hoping for a fun night away and wanted to sleep in and relax in the morning, we left immediately upon waking up. Overall, I am EXTREMELY disappointed by the poor customer service and horrible condition of the room. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
