I booked this hotel through a third party site last minute after finishing a day at Yellowstone National Park (few hours drive away). There is a casino that is not attached to the hotel, but just across the parking lot. Check-in was pretty easy. I got to my room and it was pretty warm inside so I turned on the A/C and left for the casino. I came back a couple hours later only to find the temp in the room had WENT UP! I called maintenance and they came to check on the A/C. They could not get it running so I had to go back downstairs and get a key to another room, go back upstairs, pack all of my stuff and change rooms, then go back downstairs to give them the key to the old room. Inconvenience, but I guess things happen.
As far as the room itself and the hotel, it was pretty nice. There weren't many people there when I stayed, so parking was a real breeze. I did use the business center and they will charge you ten cents per piece of paper that you use if you need to print. Bottled water in the room was free of charge and there was a walk in shower! Other than the A/C issue, I would wholly recommend this place!More
