Ravenwood Manor is an absolutely beautiful home to rent when visiting the Chattanooga area. It is about 20 miles from the city, which is perfect for being far enough away from everyone but close enough to the city.
Overall: The property is great for large groups. Very spacious. We had 8 people in the home and everyone had their own space. Private and secluded with tons of amenities. We would definitely stay here again!
Living Space: The living room was spacious and had a sofa and two chairs and a very large TV (the only TV in the house). We couldn't figure out how to work the TV so we didn't really watch it. We were able to log in to our Netflix account and watch a movie. But, we weren't really here to watch TV, so it wasn't a big deal. There were Wii games in a cabinet but no Wii. (Again, not a bid deal since we spent most of our time outside exploring).
Kitchen: The kitchen had every possible gadget you could need. We were able to go to the local grocery store in Trenton, GA to pick up necessities. The property was equipped with a roll of paper towels and two garbage bags. You will need to bring more if you plan on staying for an extended time. The kitchen is beautiful!
Bedrooms: The bedrooms are large and neatly decorated. The only thing I would change is the window treatments. There are no curtains or blinds in 4 of the 5 bedrooms. It was a bit uncomfortable to me to sleep and change clothes in such an exposed space.
Outside space: Very nice. Neatly landscaped. Lots of woods for the kids to explore and walk in. Plenty of parking. The hot tub didn't work (we couldn't figure out how to turn it on, if it did work). At one point someone drove up to the property, dug around in the shed, and left. It was kind of weird.
