The piece of chocolate truffle cake was good. It was a huge piece enough to share with someone. Nice outdoor seating area.

If you want to be the most INHUMANE service come to this place. Not only did they spill water on us and left us there for 10 minutes no napkins or inclination to help us. They left us on our table not even asking once for our order or anything. This has to be the most irresponsible, uncaring and worst run bakery ever. To my lovely community don't bring family to this place unless you are ready to be treated like yesterday's garbage.
If you are looking for better service and better desserts go to ChoulalaFinePastries in winter park. Heck, there is better breakfast at TheCoop!
An Orlando favorite ever since opening its doors in late-2017, The Glass Knife resides in Winter Park, and although the décor suggests someplace built solely for Instagram the Pastry case and menu tell of skilled bakers familiar with French technique.
Toqued by Executive Chef Stuart Whitfield, with pink and black décor attributed to owner Steve Brown’s mother, it is at indoor tables or a on a shaded patio that guests are invited to indulge daily, the savory menu seemingly perfectly adequate though most will likely be drawn to Desserts such as the chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie or decadent Salted Caramel Brownie.
Still busy mid-pandemic, all staff donning PPE and positive attitudes, it would be a mistake to ignore Whitfield’s “Ultimate Cinnamon Roll,” layers of Buttermilk Brioche surrounding Cinnamon-Sugar beneath Cream Cheese Frosting, while Donuts are hit and miss, the filled Vegan version faring will in contrast to Cranberry Orange and Apple which were each too oily.
Every time I'm in town (a few times a year) I make a point to stop by The Glass Knife to pick up some macarons, pain au chocolat or pretty little tarts. Their tarts and macarons are creative and delicious, and make a great impression as a small gift. Their service is always professional, efficient and attentive. I highly recommend The Glass Knife for pastries and cakes, for a little treat or a special occasion.
I was soooo excited to go to this place....
It’s beautiful...... wonderful decoration and nice atmosphere
We went on a sunday 6pm
They had like 6 types of pastries, I was like ????? Shelves were empty.... we left and went somewhere else
I don’t know if it’s always like this but it’s a beautiful establishment they should improve their options!!!
