I wish I can leave a zero star! I am a resident at Florida and I went to Legoland several times, the experience has been neutral until the recent one. We had a credit from previous visit left in our account for hotel bookings, however, it took their team more than 7 days to transfer the credits from California to Florida which may happen in 5 minutes!!! We got email about this credit from lego team but it doesn’t mention anything about how long it would take to transfer the credit until we learned the last minute when we try to book the hotel!!!! Spent 4 hours on the phone to talk to their customer service, nothing happened! We have annual pass to Disney world and sea world and never had this kind of experience before!!!! Poor internal communication within Legoland team!!! Waste of time and money!!!! If you want a guaranteed pleasant vacation, go to Disney world or universal studio or sea world, don’t waste your time at Legoland with its poor customer service! Disappointed!!!
