We are a dinner group of 6-8 year round residents in Vero Beach who enjoy taking advantage of the many summertime dining specials around town. We’ve all dined at the Amalfi Grill previously so our expectations were high. This was our fourth outing this summer.

When seated by the owner we asked about the summertime specials and the owner seemed quite miffed that we weren’t interested in the regular menu. When we asked the waiter several questions about the menu he was very impatient with us.

The food - two Caesar salads were inedible as the lettuce was obviously the exterior leaves. The lasagna looked more like a casserole than a firm group of lasagna noodles carefully cover in “gravy”.

Not the nicest dining experience in what should have been a culinary delight. When in Vero I suggest The Tides or even The Ocean Grill.

Having been to the Amalfi Coast quite a few times, I was concerned that we might be disappointed but we were not at all. The fried artichoke appetizer, was really good, The service was very good, and the atmosphere was nice.

Have been to Amalfi Grill several times and always spoke with the owner who would mention Sunday Gravy. Well Sunday July 14th we made the trip from New Jersey to try the Sunday Gravy. I have to say it was one of the best Sunday Macaroni dishes my wife and I have had. Not only was it delicious the homemade meatballs and sausage were outstanding and then you get a delicious sparerib which was cooked perfect, the meat came right off the bone. This restaurant has an amazing atmosphere you won't find a cleaner restaurant around . The waiter Vernon was outstanding. If your in the Vero Beach area you have to eat here, you will not leave hungry or disappointed . My wife is a great cook making homemade meals and she loves this place. We Can't wait to go back. Casual dress and a very comfortable seating. Its great fresh made Italian food.

I’m not a fan of Italian food when in Florida it I’ll make an exception for this place. The drinks were ample, service impeccable and food divine. Servers Eve & Victor make your dining experience outstanding.
The menu offers a large array of daily specials along with their well rounded menu offerings. On our visit they even offered a 4 for $24 menu which included an appetizer, salad, main course & dessert. One of the 4 for $24 offerings was beef Wellington and it was excellent.
All four of us at the table were thrilled with our meals, veal piccata, veal saltimbocca & beef Wellington. The Caesar salad, burrata salad, beet salad were wonderful as well.As if we weren’t full enough we could not resist Almafis homemade desserts. The tiramisu was to die for!
We’ll be back soon!
