The community streets are twisty-turny, but our gps found the unit spot-on. Quiet subdivision, this was a nice home-away-from-home. There was a slight hiccup at the very beginning, but the owner quickly offered compensation.
Kitchen is small but well-equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Floor plan is very nice, with bedrooms separated for privacy, a cozy dining area, and comfortable seating for tv viewing as a group (bedrooms also have their own tvs). Screened-in front lanai served us well in the evenings for after-dinner drinks and discussing the days' events. Tho internet was "iffy" when using the laptop, we had no issues with our personal cell phones. The tiled floors made for easy daily sweeping. Also very handy was the in-unit washer and dryer, which was used daily to quick-wash and dry our towels and swimsuits.
The community pool was enjoyed every day, and we used the gas grill near our unit several times.
For daily outings, we took advantage of the provided storage shed supplies - styro cooler, beach chairs, towels, and umbrella. We even purchased a sharktooth rake, which we have left behind for the next guests. Sharktooth hunting is very popular, from Nokomis Beach down to Caspersen Beach. Try it - once you find the first one, you'll be hooked!
The local residents and fellow visitors we met during our stay were friendly and provided lots of information and tips and recommendations about where to golf, fish, shop, eat, and drink, as well as which beaches to visit.
