We went to the wine and food festival at Busch Gardens. They have several stations that offer small plates of food from ribs to grilled cheesecake. This series is on for a few more weeks and they have entertainment on Sat and Sun, Michael Bolton put on a great show, he preformed for over 90 minutes. Unfortunately it is a bit pricey if you do not use an annual pass. cost to get in is $104 pp and $20 to park.

Always something fun happening from food and wine tasteing, concerts, holiday events and fun rides. We love to just go watch the animals like a zoo with rollercoasters.

Traffic and parking were pretty easy at opening and when we left. It’s smaller than I thought it would be had our four year very entertained and learning. It’s very clean and everyone was very polite, the tram is a huge help and a hit with my son as well.

It didn’t expect Busch Gardens to be as great as it was. The animals all seemed to have fair to good living arrangements. I can’t stand to see animals in small enclosures, so I was happy to see they had room to roam.

Our favorite animal was Emmet the screech owl. He is just so adorable!

The rides were fun and I was happy the food was not too expensive. Very fun day.

Got the fun pass so I can go the rest of the year. You need to go multiple times since the wait time are so long you can only do a few rides in a day. Most lines are 75-90 minutes unless you shell out big bucks for the line skipping pass. The fun pass was $104 per person, but they wanted another $80 per person for 1 DAY of line skipping. Website says line skipping starts at $20, but I'm sure those days you don't need the special pass. How unfair is the split between regular patrons and line skippers? Well, on Falcons Furry, one time they took 20 regular patrons and 20 line skippers. Another time that I counted, the only took 8 regular patrons and 32 line skippers. After an 1.5 hour wait on Cobra's Curse (sign said 45 minutes), they were basically taking a 50/50 split between regular patrons and line skippers. So basically because of their greed, they doubled eveyones wait time. They got rid of the safari ride and now charge $29 for basically the same ride although you have to stand up the whole time now. Save the $29 and take the train and skyride for better views and you can sit. Parking is $20, so that's another chuck of dough gone. Food is decent, $12-$14 for a big burger with plenty of fries or a chicken sandwich and fries. Drinks around $3.5. I saw 1 sign with all wait times, but I just came from a ride that said 75 minutes at the ride itself and the sign said 50 minutes. Their mobile app sucks as it just redirects to their website and doesn't list wait times, so it's useless in the park.
