We stayed one night on 6/21/18. The hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing. We had a hot tub in our room and when we went to use it the jets did not work. We went downstairs and talked to Lauren and she was so helpful and sweet. She fixed the problem and gave us membership points back for the issue. If the Management staff at Holiday Inn reads these please let her know that we appreciated her professionalism and the fact that she seemed to care. We even received a personalized note with our bill under the door in the morning. Great hotel.

I dont know how other people are saying this is a good place. My husband and I found it lacking. It was just an overnight stay, thank goodness. The entire place is starting to get that run down, unkept look to it. The pool was kinda greenish. the beds were absolutely terrible. Hard as a rock. I didnt sleep more than a few hours. Front desk was pleasant, but nothing outstanding about it. We did not eat breakfast there but it was the typical buffet. First and last time here. Stayed 6/2/18

Room Tip: Only good thing they had, 2nd floor is a quiet floor

Hello Vonn220. I am really sorry you didn't enjoy your stay here with us. I agree we are looking pretty dated right now. You will be happy to know we are about to start a complete renovation to up date our look. This will include all new furniture, including mattresses! What I can assure all our other guests, is that even though until we finish the renovation, you will get the best service in Hernando County, and your room will be clean. We hope you give us another chance next year when you travel through Spring Hill to see all the improvements we have made. Perhaps we can win you back over! This Holiday Inn property is hands above the rest in Spring Hill. I have found the staff to be excellent people that go out of their way to assist with anything. clean rooms and furniture have been the norm for me at this property. I can attest that this is much cleaner than the Hampton Inn.

We were given the rate for a suite room with 2 queens. We got a handicapped regular room. Went back to reception and were shown a room with a king that was a suite, it was not much better. The chairs in the room are in great need of new upholstery. There is only one lamp in the room with a 3 way bulb, in order to turn it off you have to push it 3 times and wake your partner. Little amenities bottles will not relinquish the product! Not a great stay. No plain yogurt.

Hello Starviagera, I am so sorry you had such a challenge filled stay with us. Please reach out to me at the hotel so I can verify with you the rate you were charged. If you reserved a suite, and for some reason we were unable to accommodate you and moved you to a regular room, the rate should have adjusted down to the lessor rate. I would absolutely be upset too if I paid the higher rate and would expect something be done about it. I am willing and able to do so. I look forward to hearing from you. Needed two rooms for two day's due too a tree that had feel down on our home and we had a Red Cross money card too pay for our stay but was told they did'nt work with the red cross that we would have to have them call and set up a payment plan.We was there for four hours and charged over $300.00 for that time,manager couldn't do anything for us. I have nothing nice too say for this hotel or it's mangers!!

This is not characteristic of the service levels I or my team provide to our guests.
