We’ve frequented Matzaluna since we started vacationing on Sanibel 15 years ago. The joys of vacation, drawing with crayons on the paper on the table….
We both started with side salads. Ingredients were fresh. I ordered and enjoyed the eggplant parmesan. Portion was plentiful. My husband had the wood fired shrimp and garlic white pizza. His advice, don’t order it. The shrimp tasted like it came from a frozen plastic bag. Nothing about the pizza was enjoyable. We will give Matzaluna another try on a future vacation, but will steer clear of any seafood there.
