Went to see the Incredibles 2, there was on cashier open, who then had a problem that required management assistance, instead of directing the next in line around the corner to another associate, they created chaos, by basically redirecting the whole line. Then standing in line for the concession, was not really sure where or if a line existed. Only seemed to have one person handling that area, so we skipped the concessions. The theater itself was very nice with large reclining chairs and plenty of space to move around. Only one person seemed useful and that was the ticket taker. Customer service is key.
