I have used Super Shuttle in California- lax and San Fran without any issues. Orlando I will never use this service again. Uber might cost double but at least you are not driving around the airport for over an hour. Poor customer service from dispatch too - they hung up on me and I was not rude or shouting while explaining the situation. Glad I did not tip online.......

We were supposed to be picked up from the hotel at 6:40 am. My family of 5 were at the pickup area at 6:30 am. The shuttle never showed. I called at 6:55 and was told that the shuttle was there and left at 6:41. That was absolutely not true. We waited 10 more minutes until another showed. We paid $170 for horrible, unreliable service. We could have rented an Uber, paid a lot less, and would have been picked up on time.

I made my reservations online a couple of days ahead of time. The shuttle van was at the expected place - which is a hike from the Spirit Airlines arrival terminal. The driver went the opposite direction from my hotel near International Drive because another passenger had been waiting an hour. I was not in a hurry so I didn't mind. The driver was pretty safe and made some small talk (although I couldn't understand everything he said). Van temperature was comfortable. For the return trip the driver called about a half hour before the scheduled pick-up time and said he had other passengers so he wanted to go early (again, I had trouble understanding him). I wasn't ready yet so I asked for another 15 minutes. He did come at that time. I gave myself plenty of time to catch the flight. I was dropped off at the Spirit terminal. Driver did not talk much. Van temperature was fine. So my experience was okay.

Booked a shuttle and they left me waiting for more then an hour, kept telling me the driver was on the way when there was not a driver and then when the driver was at he airport they canceled my car so they could send a van and pick up more passengers. Then the driver yelled at me about HIS bad day. Probably because he works for this cockamamie company.

The pick up was agreed for a pick up at Orlando airport. Our flight was delayed because of a storm in Orlando and the airport was closed for a while. We were told we would be met at the bottom of the escalator at baggage reclaim. There are two baggage reclaims at Orlando! We went to both. I also phoned the number given, but there was no response. I asked for my money back a day or two later but there has been a deafening silence. We only booked the meet and greet because people had said it was hard to get a taxi at the airport. Not so!!
