The facility is first class, with outstanding service and amenities despite lower than ideal occupancy due to the pandemic, as there were no short cuts in either service or quality. I had stayed there over several days in October, and I was delighted that virtually all of the employees with whom I made contact were in the same positions as during my prior visit...and many of them remembered that I had been there before.

Amazing hotel and great staff! My bellhop Steve was great. All staff were amazing as well. Beautiful location. Also, it was more than enough stuff to do on the resort itself, didn’t really have to leave.
This is a very special place that is perfectly suited for a diverse experience of family time, quiet time, and fun time. It has is all onsite and is located conveniently near Disney and other attractions.
No complaints. Excellent service from check in to check out. Staff is very attentive, and Covid precautions are top notch. Close proximity to all attractions. Great pool, lots of activity options. This hotel is great for families or a romantic getaway. Staff is very accommodating, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Stayed in executive suites, great rooms. Will return.

Ashley at front desk was super helpful with arrival and explaining the property’s vast amenities.
Habi at Front Desk also very helpful and friendly. Even spotted the General Manager Paul engaging guests, a great sign of well run operation.

We loved this hotel and with the current COVID rules, we were not sure how it was going to go. But, the staff was very informative and friendly. Even though the pool was heated, we did not go in. But, just sitting around the area is amazing. This is just one of those places that you have to stay at - highly recommend it.
