great little accidental find......
service is super friendly and aimed at pleasing you 100%! each person receives their own salsa, plenty of chips and water upon being seated.
menu offers many items from the typical to the unusual.
we ordered a pitcher of beer, only $15 - so cheap, a combo plate and the spanish style snapper vericruzana.
everything, was delicious, well prepared and served hot! the snapper was SO good, with sauce similar to a sofrito. moist, flaky and flavorful.
the combo platter had a chile relleno, taco and enchilada along with beans and rice.....loved it all.
ordered the fried ice cream for dessert.....crusted in graham crackers, then piled high with corn flakes and butterscotch sauce. a little different than i'm used to, but good. tricky to eat out of the parfait glass, so we just dumped it out on the plate - server said that was so smart to do, makes it easier to eat.
the restaurant is nicely decorated, clean and well lit. easy to find off of the main road.....we really liked it!
