My wife and I stayed in this rental the last week of January. Our first impression when we walked in was very favorable. It was small but perfect for the two of us. The living room was a nice size with a couch and loveseat and large tv with plenty of channels. The bedroom was large with a king bed and closet and dresser with a tv also. There was a loft with 2 single beds which we did not use since it was just the two of us. The kitchen was small but adequate with a full size refrigerator and stove and all the utensils and small appliances you would need. There was a nook next to the kitchen with a small table and 4 chairs. But we were most impressed by the cleanliness of the unit. It was well taken care of. Outside the sliding glass doors off the living room was a private deck and walkway to the pool. The pool is shared by all the units in the villas (I believe there are 18 units) but since we were there the coldest week in January, only one other person shared the pool area. We found New Smyrna Beach to be a nice, friendly town. Although we didn't walk to any stores or catholic church nearby, you could since they were about 1/2 mile from the villas. To get to the beach, however, was just across the street and was very convenient. Our dealings with the rental agent couldn't have been better as they stayed in touch with us upon our arrival and again at our departure and was available for any questions that may have come up. The pictures provided with the rental information are very true to the villa.
