We are sorry the guest was not totally satisfied with their stay in our Club level suites. The club is an all-inclusive of a deluxe continental breakfast, snacks all day long, and evening cocktails, appetizers, and desserts. Due to the pandemic we unfortunately have had to essentially reengineer how we deliver services. It is our new normal. We are hopeful to get back to a more normal delivery of breakfast once the virus is over. But a lot has changed in the hotel industry since last March and the onset of the COVID-19. We apologize, but pleased the guest enjoyed a complimentary bottle of champagne and chose to celebrate their special occasion with us at the Inn on Fifth.
