This hotel surprised me positively. It is the classic Motel / Hotel, but very well maintained and its staff is very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. Very well it has microwave oven and refrigerator in the rooms. The breakfast is buffet style, very complete and of good quality. The pool and grounds are very cute. I recommend it if you want to spend a few days in Naples with excellent value for money. The location is very good, less than 5 minutes by car from a public beach that has Parking, Bar and rental chairs and umbrellas.

We stayed here for two nights and everything was very good, except the breakfast, which was just acceptable. Excellent bar and restaurant (privately run) on the premises. Nice pool area.

Stayed as a stop over between Everglades and Keys, so didn't want to expensive.
The Hotel itself was fine. The room was on the small side but with two very high and very comfortable queen beds.
Bathroom was small, no problem for the night, but longer would have been an issue.
Big issue was the restaurant. Looked nice enough and we were to bushed to find anywhere else. Food was good, but service was appalling. We were sat quickly and waiter introduced, menus given and then nothing. Waited 20 minutes to put in drink order and a further 25 minutes to order food. further 20 minutes to receive anything, so from sitting to first course over an hour. Then the order was wrong, this was quickly corrected, but by then we were lost to the service. We weren't to only one having problems with long waits, incorrect orders and people wandering the restaurant looking for someone who could give them or take from them their check. When we complained were told not their fault as they were busy........
The final bill had a 20% service charge added as standard! we had this removed as we didn't like the standard.

Was skeptical of the hotel based on the brand and price, however, it's been clean and quiet with some nice amenities like the pool and live music at Pier 41 the restaurant/bar in the hotel. My only complaint is allowing smoking at the pool and on the patio outside the bar while breakfast was in progress. Yuck.
