Staff was incredible, beautiful property and room. Recommend ocean front with balcony. Only complaint is the food and beverage prices very high. The staff on the beach and throughout the property were second to none. Cannot wait to go back.More

Had a 3 night stay here, this has one of the best services on the beach, I’ve stayed a lot of places here. Sean and Nelson were always on point and Eni the manager was there for everything we needed; she was always constantly checking in. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay here in Miami Beach .

-check in took an hour with nobody else in line. Staff was rude.
-we were told our rooms wouldn't be ready until 7PM (check in is at 4pm) Not what you want to hear after a 6 hour flight from LAX
-bellboy loaded out luggage on a cart then disappeared, we had to unload and carry it up ourselves. Not a problem, but not a nice gesture
-rooms were dirty and downright gross. hair on floor, sand, not cleaned very well at all. We had to clean the floor ourselves
-NO HOUSEKEEPING?!? Are you kidding me....$450 a night and they will not clean my room?
-Had to call the front desk for towels, coffee, etc. NOT a 4 star experience.
-Trash everywhere in the hallways because rooms are not being cleaned.
-Valet took 30 minutes to get your car and charges $42 a night, ridiculous for the service. Once it took an hour, we missed our reservation because of it.
-Valet was VERY rude, I heard him speaking to other guests as well.
-One elevator was broken, took forever to get to our floor from the lobby.
-Pool closes at 8PM. Way too early.
-Only good thing is the bar and the grounds are pretty nice. Jacuzzi is tiny and we were never able to get in.

Great alternative trip to Miami as a backup to our planned Cancun trip. Pleasantly surprised you the 80 degree weather and terrific ocean swimming weather. We had an ocean view room with a small terrace. Loved the included padded beach loungers. While we did not use the beach food/drink service, we saw the servers hustle. Loved the cute outdoor beach tiki bar and enjoyed appetizers and drinks the first night. We spent every late afternoon in the adult pool. Appreciated the Covid safety precautions everyone took including mask wearing inside all the time. The rooms were on the small side, but very clean and utilized the mini fridge with our own beverages and snacks. We also enjoyed coffee and dinner at the restaurant on site- including the happy hour oysters. We used the complimentary bikes twice and ride down to south Miami beach . So fun!

Horrible service from beach chair people most workers on phones not assisting guests. We ordered a 55.00 pitcher of drinks and it took an hour and we think it barely had alcohol. I had to go get it from them myself. Expect better for the price we pay.

A group of 6 of us went to Miami Beach for my friends 40th birthday celebration and we stayed 3 nights at Cadillac. The rooms were very nice and clean and it was quiet in our at night. We stayed on the 6th floor and had a view of Collins Street. It felt very secure, as you need a keycard to get the elevator to your floor. There are two pools, one is adults-only. We rented a private cabana at the adults-only pool for each of the 3 days that we were there and Ariel took amazing care of us. Look into renting a cabana if you have a group. The cabana rental includes food and drinks (no alcohol included) and you get the cabana for the entire day (until 6:00), so you can come and go without having to worry about losing your spot by the pool. Talk to the concierge for awesome recommendations of where to eat and drink and what to see. We had the brunch buffet at the hotel restaurant (Donna Mare) on the morning before we flew out - not worth it. Over $30 per person after taxes and resort fees, and the food was nothing special. Getting to the beach from the hotel was not super easy, but I think it had to do with the construction on the boardwalk, which I’m sure is out of the control of the hotel. I would stay here again!
