This resort is showing wear for lack of attention. For example: concrete patios cracked, clubhouse deck has many trip hazards, pool furniture and giant umbrellas are tattered. Many times during our 4 months stay the water, electric and cable were out.
The office staff need additional training in reservation software and customer service. Lack of understanding of the campground makes it hard for them to select the proper site for RVs and get them escorted quickly. They need to wear name badges or introduce themselves. The office has been closed for over a year with no store, ice and the LP gas has been removed.
Corporate staff and management need to learn about customer retention and acquisition instead of just filling sites. With no management on site and poor security, campers don’t follow rules like quiet hours, unregistered visitors, campers selecting unassigned sites and illegal trash dumping. When issues arise in the evening campers feel they need to wait ‘til staff arrives in the morning to resolve problems.More
