First of all, this condo had just changed owners and they may or may not have been aware of some of our issues we experienced. The booking/payment process became confusing after the first payment was made because of the sale. The condo itself was very comfortable and had been nicely renovated. The view was gorgeous from the lanai, master bedroom mattress comfortable and bathrooms clean. The location was great. However, there were no towel bars in the master bath and the mildewed towels told that story once wet. There was no place to put soap, shampoo, washcloths, etc in the master shower except on the floor. In the kitchen the skillet had dried on eggs, silverware not clean and bottle caps on the floor. A big complaint was the 4 cup coffee maker. Really, for this price? How many people say "I'm going to sit on the lanai every morning and drink my coffee"? Please purchase a regular size coffee maker. Also, the mirror on the wall by the dining table had not been touched. It looked like there was coke spew from top to bottom. We didn't use the guest room so I cannot comment on the mattresses. Honestly, the first day I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit for the price we paid. Also, the pool was closed a couple of days due to a child going to the bathroom in it. (not the owners fault of course) If the items mentioned are resolved (like the towel bars and new towels, thorough cleaning) I'd rate it higher.
Tip: If you want a place at the pool go early and stake your claim.
