Description: P.F. Chang's is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. With a Farm to Wok food philosophy at its core, P.F. Chang's chefs hand-roll dim sum, hand chop and slice all vegetables and meats, handcraft every sauce and wok-cook each recipe, every day in every restaurant using fresh ingredients. With roots in Chinese cooking, the culinary landscape at P.F. Chang's now stretches across Asia with diverse, culturally inspired recipes including hand-rolled sushi, Vietnamese-style soups and bowls, traditional Chinese dim sum, wok-fired chicken and beef entrees, and family style noodles and rice. All made from scratch every day.

Just had an excellent evening at PF Chang’s! The bar service was excellent and attentive especially the best food runner ever by the name of Danny! It’s amazing to see staff in the weeds yet manage a smile and courteous attention to detail! Food was excellent and was very pleased to see the Chief Chef on the floor serving meals and seeing how the plates were being presented! Good Job and again, an amazing meal!

We went to P.F. Chang's on the advice of others that were staying at the Condo we were at and did so on our way to the Airport in Fort Meyers, Florida. The place was packed with a line up and it was worth the wait the food was really good and reasonably priced.

We had a wonderful meal at this location - great staff. Easy, casual atmosphere. Gluten free options are very good. this is one of the better P.F. Chang's

.......this is the most disappointing. Went with the wife for her birthday dinner and was very underwhelmed. We had the egg rolls for starters. They weren't too bad but very little egg roll sauce to go along with them. I had a sweet honey sauce chicken which once again had very little sauce to it. Seems to be a pattern there. My wife had some dish that was absolutely tasteless. The waitress did take that off of the bill. So kudos for that.
Place is small for a P.F. Chang's and the tables were dirty and the place generally unkept. My food was just OK and my wife's food a disaster. Will not return here.
Too bad. Been to others in different parts of the country and they were very good.

The ambience of this chain eatery is compromised by noise. It’s hard to carry on a conversation when the restaurant is full. If that doesn’t matter, perhaps the dirty floors will. Or the over-the-hill dinnerware that is long past replacement stage. A mural on the wall behind our table was starting to peel around the edges. These are signs of neglect - or cost cutting - or both. Our server was friendly and food was served quickly and hot. I had the lettuce wrap (chicken) and Mongolian beef, both of which were good. My wife liked her Szechuan Shrimp and Hot & Sour Soup (which was laden with cornstarch.) She liked both. I’d go back, but not anytime soon.
