Wow...you lost all credibility , all content in this " review" when you commented on our GMs hairstyle! Your words are bullish and childish. You seriously should be ashamed.
You open up with great atmosphere, great food etc....then the cruel intensity kicks in...
Our kitchen is well trained and they strive for excellence every shift every day..I would put them up against any restaurant in our wonderful state.....Perhaps a server entered the incorrect content into the POS system..
Our GM was off duty BTW...She was enjoying a glass of wine purchased by a customer who was impressed by her outstanding service.Our assistant manager was on the floor working at that time.
And yes, perhaps one of our craft cocktails tasted a little different. A little to much of an ingredient etc...If there is a slight variation in flavor, simply ask for another..Our staff is highly trained in taking care of all customers no push back ever,,,anyone that chooses our doors we always want to exceed their expectations.
Your critical words about our GM put me over the top..So so far out of line.
We have stayed open during this difficult time and continued too serve our community , Many business haven't been that fortunate...LYNQ has gone over and above in order to make our customers feel welcomed and safe in our environment
I have never responded to a review like this ever...However, under the current circumstances with months of limited business, work force in our industry have difficulties making ends meet , many restaurants closing, bankruptcy exploding , evictions beginning to occur etc etc....and thren your words...making fun of a dedicated professional is unacceptable..
Please choose another establishment to poke fun at...we will do fine with out your business.
