Free shuttle from airport. Free shuttle to cruise ship. Restaurant attached to motel. Plenty of free parking. Good beds, clean. Very accommodating front desk staff. Free, fast Wi-Fi. Low rates. (compared to big name places). Only complaints are minor - weak room lighting, not much clothes hanging space or visitor seating.

Room was clean. Check in staff was friendly. The restaurant attached serves good food and drinks at reasonable prices. Bonus was the smoking section was outside. The complimentary shuttle service worked very well both from the airport and to the cruise post.

I asked to be contacted by the hotel directly to discuss my issues which they haven’t done, probably due to getting numerous complaints. The girls at reception seemed nice, the ladies in the bar and restaurant not so much. I can forgive dust or dirt here and there or an old room but for our daughter to find a big enough sized pill/tablet in our sheets frightened me. She was 23months and thankfully very intelligent for her age because she handed me the tablet and said yucky. If the sheets had been changed on the bed there’s no chance this big tablet would be there or go unnoticed. What if the child had swallowed it? God only knows what it was or if the child would have had an allergy and no one could explain what happened. Also we went down to reception at 8pm to book an airport bus for the morning and we were told no booking required, it runs from 6a.m, just to arrive 10mins beforehand. Thankfully we double checked over 25mins beforehand to which we were told we hadn’t booked and there was no bus running at that time(6.40a.m). It cost almost $300 because they take advantage of cruise passengers so it wasn’t any great deal but no amount of saving was worth the risk our daughter was exposed to.

Staff was just about unresponsive however the crew who services your room and refills anything you need in the room have been incredible. Was an ok location. Great access to many major highway. Personally Wouldn't book here again.

This is a totally fine hotel--not quite as updated as some but was totally acceptable. We didn't utilize the pool or their other facilities but rooms were nice. Bed spread could use a bit of updating but room was very comfortable.
