This condo was updated and beautifully decorated! It was clean and set up perfectly. The kitchen is fully stocked with supplies, there is an interior laundry closet, and the seating is all comfortable. It's located right on the beach and has a great balcony. We left the doors open constantly to enjoy the sights/sounds of the ocean. It's close to restaurants, a short trip to historic district, and comfortably sleeps 6. I would highly recommend this as a vacation choice!!
The place is absolutely incredible. Just in front of the beach. It's clean and has everything you could need to spend great holidays. My family and I were very happy of having chosen this place to spend our time in Amelia Island.
Beachfront access is nice, great back porch overlooking ocean in perfect view of the sunrise. Easy access to the beach and just a few miles to the historic district. Let me just preface with the fact that I have high expectations for cleanliness and I'm a bit of a germaphobe. So this condo, while decorated nicely, was a little unkempt for my tastes. Bathrooms are both very tiny for a condo with no room for any toiletries. Master bath sink fills up / doesn't drain which was annoying and gross. Kitchen counter was made of tile which had dirty and stained grout and needs to be bleached. The cabinets had food or grimey hand marks on them by the knobs and handles. One non stick pan was badly scratched and is garbage. The smaller pan still had some egg residue in it. The doors throughout the condo also are badly in need of a paint job. The phones were coated in dust and grime. A closet in the master had extra decor and other items stored in it so we couldn't put our clothes and suitcases away. The dresser in the master was small and one drawer was a little broken, but not really a big deal. Also could hear the neighbors upstairs running around. Big screen tv was a nice touch, also in the bedrooms (but we never used those). Didn't work when we got there but Elizabeth Point Lodge sent someone to fix it within the hour so it was no problem. Some bath towels also had golden yellow splattered stains on them and were a little gross. Public bath towels should be bleached. Stained bath towels ought to be replaced. Hardwood floors in bedrooms was a nice touch, tile throughout the rest of the living spaces. Plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion provided. Also had dish soap and laundry detergent. The only thing holding this place back was the overall dirty feel from the lack of attention to cleaning detail and the lack of space for bathroom toiletries.
