We arrived early and checked in at the office. They called us when the unit was available. But when we arrived there, the condo was filthy. We had to call the office twice to get someone out to clean it. The second call we were told that no one had informed them of the first call. Then 3 gentlemen came to clean it and my father had to ask them to redo a majority of the cleaning they had done. The cleaning service didnt even wash our sheets. They picked them up off the floor and out them on our beds. We had to spend the first day of our vacation cleaning because they still left it filthy. We were traveling with a small child and didnt feel the florrs were clean enough for her to crawl on. We were also supposed to have a unit with a king bed and queen and a full/double but we had a king and two fulls. There is a big difference between a full and queen we were expecting for two grown adults. We called the ofice but they said the unit was just as listed on the website. The photos on the wyndam site were deceiving. The furniture has been updated which was fine, but some of the pictures were not of this unit. It was actually pictures of the unit beside of us. The office said all units were laid out the same. We also saw 3 roaches while we were there. We didnt even call the office about that, because of the way they acted over cleaning thr unit and the wrong photos being posted. I feel that out money would have been better spent somewhere else. We drove 13 hours to get there, just to be disappointed.
