Good hotel, lots for the kids to do. Rooms are good, was worried with some of the reviews. Restaurant needs some help, employees consistently walk by you without acknowledging you. Service at bar great, sit at table not so good. Food is not great either. Great location.

This is a budget hotel-a.k.a-‘resort’ as they term it. We were placed in an outside access room, circa 1980, that has never been renovated. Smelly, extremely loud and lots of distractions for a pet.
They charge $30/night pet fee-not sure why as the rooms are already old and dirty.
DO NOT BOOK!!!

Thank you for taking the time to review the hotel. All our rooms feature outside entrance access. We have sixteen different buildings offering a multitude of room categories and configurations. Our team is constantly updating the rooms and facilities and recently installed new furniture. We regret this was not a favorable option for you. As a leisure destination, the majority of our guests take advantage of the thirteen acres and variety of amenities, to enhance their stay. Pet fees are standard at hotels and ours is low in comparison to our neighboring hotels. We appreciate the feedback and will share this with our team. Thank you for being our guest.

I hate to rate 2 stars, as a matter of fact, I can’t recall the last time I did. While this property sits on a great location, the room we had had some issues. The bathtub was very slow to drain and you had to wait a while to take a shower. Maid service was not good at all. Rooms were left dirty, un vacuumed, and the sink, bathtub, etc not cleaned. Sadly, although not the hotel’s fault, some of the fellow guests behavior left much to be desired.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are presently working to replace a large amount of bathtubs and their infrastructure to overcome the slow draining based on pipe corrosion. This should be remedied on a per case basis over the next two months. This review will be shared with our housekeeping team to review the procedures for proper cleaning and inspection. There have been some overly exuberant groups at the hotel, based on the occasion of the stay, wedding, fraternal gathering and military reunion. We apologize if other guests were an issue. We also appreciate the kind comments about the location. Should you be willing to give us another chance, we are confident that your stay will be more memorable. Thank you again for writing and for being our guest.

I stayed here with my granddaughter from June 12th through June 20th 2018 and we had a wonderful time. I had read some reviews that made me a little worried before we arrived but I couldn't have been more surprised and pleased. The beds were comfy and clean, the towels were great quality and staff that supplied them couldn't be more helpful. The main desk when we went to ask them about a couple of things; our TV came on blasting every time we turned it on and our phone didn't work, we're more than helpful when we reported it. The walk to the beach was not very far at all our room looked out onto the pools and was super close as I have difficulty walking very far. I don't usually write reviews but I felt like I needed to write a good one as I feel like this place gets by knocks and I wanted to give it a fair review. The price was very reasonable. The Mamba restaurant was very reasonably priced you have but to get there early if you want a table on Friday or Saturday night because they do have a band and once people are sat down they tend to spend the whole night there. So if you're going to go, go early. All in all a great place to spend a week or two on the beach. Very near lots of other great attractions in the Cocoa Beach area.
