Rooms are clean and spacious, the pool is small and under the garage. Only 2 blocks to get to the ocean, definitely walking distance. Have to pay $6 a night for parking. Lots of restaurants within walking distance aslo mini putt next door.

First let me say, the staff is so sweet and the manager did give us a monitary refund. BUT we checked in and my in laws room was nice and cool. ours wouldn't go below 73 and the air was thick. They moved us from bad to the oven..literally! Room 211 is directly over the kitchen. No matter what the thermostat was set on it was nearly 80 during the day and 76 at night. We bought fans and still little relief. We were up until 4 everynight with our babies that were miserable and they had no other rooms. The dresser was broke and my Daughter tripped on it. Our mirror was broke and the ac unit left open and unlocked. Carpet stained. Carpet rolled up in my parents room 204 that my father in law stumbled over. Mold in our bathroom. A hall overhead lamp hanging and ready to fall down.

The plus side the staff again from Corey to Robert to maintenance so sweet. Starbucks on site is awesome as is the Starbucks staff. The restauranton site is good but a tad overpriced for the amount of food you get.

there are plans for remodel in September, hopefully their ac unit is included. was told more than once how they fix it is to unplug itm

First off, I can't imagine why someone would give this place a 1 star?!?! Every employee is great, good restaurant, Starbucks on site, across from surf shop Mecca and has their own as well, 2 blocks from beach, spacious room with well divided bathroom and sink area. Also, the beds were great with many different types of pillows to choose from, good coffee in room, microwave and refrigerator, and many channels on the ole tube.

Wasn't TOO bothered (as some may be) by the awkward/lack of pool area, strange smell in hall from time to time, and having to pay for parking in Cocoa Beach (not a town I which you should have to do that).

Solid 3.5-4 experience for my standards.

Great Venue and offers a lot esp with the cocoa beach surf shop. But just let me say Corey made the experience ! When we got their he was so friendly and got us so excited for our Disney cruise. We were doing laundry on the 5th and the dryer took .50 and the maintenance man let corey know and he called the room to let me know that he would slip it under the door on his way home he was parked on our floor. I wasn't even gonna fool with it. My daughter left her special pillow their , we live in Alabama and he said hed look and call . Sure enough he found it and made a 9 year old a very happy girl and its in the mail!

Room tip: any are good because each floor has a parking deck!

We felt that this hotel was very nice and had no issues with it the service was excellent have never met such friendly happy people providing a service. Our room was clean and it was nice and roomy. It is also only one and a half blocks from the beach that is not a hard walk we enjoyed it greatly and will probably return more than likely. also we ate downstairs breakfast buffet at the shark pit and it was very good and service was great.
