This hotel seriously needs an update. The chair in our room was stained and dirty such that I wouldn't even dare to sit on it. The water bottle had been opened and used as well as the soap. The place is old and dingy. The lobby shows a display that updates are coming in September 2016 so perhaps our timing was off but I expect much more quality from a Sheraton and STARWOOD label. The Shark Pit brick oven pizza is wonderful and the location is truly only a short walk from a beautiful beach.

Stayed at this property about a year ago and it was average. Boy what a year makes. The overall lobby and checkin were normal. The ground floor room they gave me 114 (spg platinum) was nothing short of disgusting. The hallway these 5-6 rooms are accessible by are right behind the kitchen of their restaurant. Terrible smell. Ever drive behind a fast food chain and that greasy smell? Thats what i am talking about. King room was large. Sofa looked like a pack of dogs just chewed it. Bed was like a trampoline. Room had zero functionality. Lets put the tv between the pseudo two rooms because we are too cheap to get another tv. Fridge and micro crammed in the bedroom part. Jacuzzi tub? Is this the 70's? Bathroom tile was terribly stained. Looks like renovations are in the plans for the Fall. Long overdue.

Walked in on Sunday 12th June 2016.

We're a little early for normal check in but Robert at front desk was very very helpful in accommodating us while we waited. When we mentioned we were there on honeymoon, Robert quickly upgraded us, free of charge, to a king suite room with a jacuzzi. Excellent service.

We checked in and the room was lovely. A little old in decor, perhaps, but the jacuzzi, a huge, comfy bed and 2 TV'S to watch the football (soccer) on was perfect.

Service was continously outstanding although food from the sports bar downstairs (room service) was only mediocre.

This hotel is our favorite in Cocoa Beach. It's located in a surf shop with a restaurant that serves great food. We were only a block or so from the beach and there are sidewalks. The hotel has outdoor showers so clean up after the beach is great. We had great food and drinks at the restaurant and the brick oven pizza is the best around. The staff was able to upgrade our room and went out of there way to ensure we were happy. We will be booking another beach getaway soon

Stayed the night before our cruise, which included a shuttle to and from port as well as left my car in the hotel parking deck. Hotel is well maintained, staff was friendly and accommodating. Shuttle was prompt and very efficient. I didn't have to call when we returned to port, they was already there waiting and we where on the boat early(7:45) Glad we used 4 points Sheraton and would use them again.

Surf shop in the hotel and Ron Jon is right across the street. The beach is a very short walk from the hotel. Also, there are restaurants within walking distance.

The room was nice and the bathroom has body wash and shampoo dispensers.
