We stopped by for a break in the afternoon and had a milk shake and a piece of key lime pie. Both were really good. Melanie was very helpful and served us quickly.
We went back for breakfast and we both had eggs benedict and it was very good.

The loaded potato omelet was delicious! The celebration coffee, which had a nice little kick to it, was grrreat!! And those home fries.... just try them, they’re definitely worth it!

We have been visiting Orlando at least twice a year for many years. Before the Market Street Cafe closed it was in need of renovations and service had started to slip, so we could not wait to try the newly revamped diner. Maybe our expectations were too high, but we visited the cafe this morning and were completely underwhelmed. Whilst the interior looked ok service and quality of food was not good. We ordered drinks first and both chose orange juice. Tasted ok but not the tall glasses we have experienced here before. In fact they were the smallest glasses for orange juice I have ever experienced in a cafe/restaurant. We were not offered iced water which is normally a given anywhere. We also ordered the omelette and the burrito. My wife built her own omelette and cheese was one of the three options she chose. The cheese in the final product was certainly lacking. The burrito looked ok but as I started to eat it,it seemed slightly oily and tasted odd. Neither of us finished our meals and when the waitress asked if we had enjoyed our them, we did say that we had not so just paid up and left. I also heard another customer complain about the taste of his omelette, but did not hear what the outcome was.
It was a real shame but came away wishing we had used the calories somewhere else.

We used to enjoy this restaurant very much before the renovations. Although the inside of the restaurant needed updating and repair, the food was always very tasty and they had a nice menu variety with fast and friendly service.

Now that the restaraurant has re-opened and has been fully renovated, the ambiance is lovely, but the food is terrible and the service leaves much to be desired. We had a party of four with four separate entrees, all of which were tasteless and dry. We waited forever to get our simple drinks delivered (2 coffees, orange juice, and chocolate milk) and they got the order wrong twice! They also brought the wrong sides out with our food. Our waitress wanted to do a good job but you could tell she was very frustrated and for whatever reason did not have the support needed to deliver quickly and accurately. We would have overlooked the service if the food had had an ounce of flavor.

I hope this restaurant can improve for the sake of the wonderful location and ambiance it provides.

Was there for lunch this week. All the food was good, but service wasn’t good at all. There were 3 of us, we all ordered tater tots as our sides. Only 2 of us got them. 3 sandwiches ordered 2 came out 5 minutes before the third.
