The front desk was nothing but helpful and accommodating for me and my friends! Made traveling feel like home. The cleaning Staff does an amazing job and the front desk staff makes sure you have everything you need from a list of restaurants to chairs and umbrellas for the beach!

Covid protocols definitely temper expectations of hotel stays these days. Despite the loss of some services, however, I have come to appreciate the peaceful setting which often comes from hotels operating at less than capacity. When combined with friendly, professional service and clean, comfortable accommodations, this is as good as it gets on the road for now. Such was the case at the Hampton Inn Bonita Springs during my recent stay. The facility overall, and my room itself, was clean and in very good repair. If you are able to select a 3rd floor room overlooking the water/fountain behind the hotel, it’s a nice view. Each staff member I interacted with was professional and friendly. I had no problem utilizing my Diamond late checkout benefit, which was not a surprise, given the current travel climate. The fitness room did not have an elliptical machine, which was a slight disappointment. There are a number of restaurants within easy distance of the hotel, including a Starbucks about 1 mile away. I highly recommend this hotel for any length of stay in Bonita Springs.

Originally booked one night, then ended up staying two. Usual Hampton standards, which is why this is our go-to chain. Beds were super comfy, room was clean, etc. Missing the breakfast buffet, but the boxed breakfasts were good, too - Sausage bagel egg sandwich, cinnamon rolls, yogurt, and fruit.

Only issue was a minor one - room 316 needs to have the A/C filter rinsed or changed. Bit of musty smell from it, not unexpected and it’s normal maintenance in hot humid areas.

I can’t say enough about Matt at the front desk - he was great! Provided a wonderful recommendation for lunch/dinner, and then called to let us know a room had opened up when we had inquired about staying another day but they were initially booked. Really personable and nice to talk to while he ensured the coffee bar was clean and stocked while we had breakfast.

Me and some friends were attending a wedding nearby. We chose this hotel because of the rate and the proximity. It was a wonderful experience. We were there three nights. The front desk is always friendly the place is immaculate the rooms are beautiful the pool is nice and they provide towels and chairs.

We stayed in Room 217. The room had a king size bed along with a sofa which may have been a sofa bed, we didn't check. It was clean and comfortable. This Hampton is only 3 stories and one minor issue is there is only one elevator. Check in was fine. Pool and fitness center were nice. Due to Covid, breakfast is offered in a box which was okay (egg, sausage, cheese bagel which can be heated in the room microwave, a yogurt, an orange, and a pastry). Overall, it was a nice hotel, convenient to the beach. If I find myself in the area, I would definitely stay there again.
