We walked on the trails to Lake Isabelle and had good views and great moose sightings in the meadows. The trails were good and well marked and the parking lot was not crowded with good cloakroom facilities and a picnic shelter.

We went on a Saturday morning and it was already at capacity. There was a line to get in, and we had to wait for cars to leave before we got in. Others were parking outside of the park and walking in. I dont recommend this unless you are looking for a solid 6 hours of hiking.

We waited to get in and drove to the Long Lake trailhead. From there we walked up to Lake Isobel. It's amazing. Do this you will not regret it. We also walked both sides of Long Lake. Very pretty.

Great hiking in this area, not too difficult and lots of variety. Crowded though, you should go early or late.

Many trials to hike here and best of all its dog friendly so my fur babies can go hiking with me. We only go up a couple of miles one way because they are small dogs and the terrain ruff on their little legs. Recommend hikes are long lake, Lake Isabelle and Blue Lake. Trails are often snow packed or covered in mid July so check trail conditions before going, and get their early for a good parking spot. Vibrant wild flowers,, breath taking views, snow caped mountains and moose.
