My husband, sister and mother-in-law spent three nights in Telluride. The condo was located in a perfect location to walk to town, gondola and some hiking trails. The condo is very spacious with all of the amenities needed to feel at home. There is underground parking located next to the condo. Just a note that there is no elevator for those who may have trouble with steps. There are two flights of steps to the condo. The owners were very accommodating and were in contact with us from the beginning through our stay. We would stay here again.
This third-floor, two-story condo is located right near the mountainside, walking distance from Lift 7 or the Gondola. The big windows let you look outside for a gorgeous view at all times, or you can go outside and sit on either of two small decks, which are wonderful for happy hour or sitting and reading while watching the mountain and passersby below. Lots of dog walkers passing by, because the location is right next to a riverside trail that is very popular.
Has a washer and a dryer, which came in handy for our soiled outdoorsy crew.
Close to the lift ,free gondola and across the street from the shuttle stop! Great location and great people to deal with ! Nice roomy unit in a great spot ! Highly recommended!
Our daughter had booked this condo for our Christmas 2016 ski trip to Telluride. It was our first time to Telluride and definitely won't be the last time to go and definitely not the last time to book this condo.
The owners were constantly keeping our daughter informed of updates and lock box code, etc. The condo is a corner spot with three windows just in the living room that look out on the mountains. You were just a stone's throw across the street/creek bridge from the Coonskin lift which was wonderful.
The condo had a master suite down stairs that the bathroom had recently updated. The upstairs had two bedroom one with queen and other with two twins. The loft at top of stairs had a twin bed. Actually under the beds you had extra mats for additional guests. Each of the upstairs bath had their own bathrooms and showers. The queen bed room had a large closet and balcony facing the mountains.
The loft you could look down on the living and breakfast room. My favorite spot was the bay window seat. You could just chill and gaze at the mountain. There was a door to a balcony off the living room that was a neat viewing site for the New Year’s Eve Ski Parade Down the slope.
The living room was very large and could easily sleep additional family members on the couch. The kitchen table had 6 sets and bar stools. The kitchen had enough eating utensils and plates but was minimal on cooking pans. Fortunately we took our own crock pot to make soups. They had a book shelf filled with current books, board games and other items to entertain the group. One unique item was the Hobbit Monopoly set. We played for three nights and had a unique and fun competition each night.
You are extremely close to ski lift, eating and down town. We highly recommend this place and look forward to our next trip to Telluride to stay there.
We have 3 small children and also brought along grandma. The layout was perfect for our family. The location was great too. The owners were great to work with and the property manager was available for questions.
