If you want a comfortable place to sit a spell while you wait for a plane, this is the place. If you want good food, go elsewhere. After three weeks on the road, my husband and I wanted some comfort food. What would be better than a grilled tomato and mozzarella cheese sandwich? The bread was toasted. The tomato and cheese were cold. The cheese only covered half of the sandwich. When we expressed our disappointment to the server. Our server stated, "Of course it is cold, it is tomato and mozzarella!" We'll pass by Elway's on our next trip through Denver.

What a pleasant surprise after a 3 hour delay! We ordered onion rings, bacon burger, key lime pie and vanilla bean ice cream. Thoroughly enjoyed every bite. Top notch service from all staff and to top it all off, surrounded by Elway memorbilia. The staff encouraged us to stay while we waited for our plane. The best part is that they have plugins under the booth tabletop for charging phones--Yay!. Non-stop refills too. Ryan made us feel special--the husband said excellent service. Expensive but worth it.

I travel out of Denver weekly and eat here often. Food is GREAT. However the hostesses are a turnoff if one is waiting for a table. 3 or 4 of them standing in a gaggle, staring at customers, whispering behind their hands. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and it is like this always. They also seat people out of order OFTEN, and in general are the one consistently unpleasant part of dining here because there is usually a wait list so one is forced to be near them. And i wonder WHAT IS THE NEED FOR THREE OR FOUR HOSTESSES in a small restaurant? I suggest they Clean tables and get the line moving faster or go work at Applebee's where you'll be fine acting like a 13 year old.

My wife and I had a long enough layover at Denver international airport so went to Elways for lunch. Food was very good, the service was attentive and the cost is reasonable. If you have a sufficiently long layover so you can have a sit down meal, I recommend this place

This is an airport restaurant at its finest. It’s not as perfect as a regular elways but is def deserving 5 stars for airport food and cocktails
