Impeccable service, Truly 5 star. 11 of us, ranging in age from 6 months to 70 and there were activities for everyone. Spa to fly-fishing to water slides. We had 3 rooms and a suite in the West Tower.

Beautiful property, amazing room, wonderful food. Room had an amazing shower with two shower heads. It is fun to read up on the history of the property and its connection with the ice-skating world. Enjoyed yoga class, peaceful walks, and visited Seven Falls. Be prepared to pay extra for everything.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels and properties in the world. I was here for a conference and will certainly return. The location, the rooms, building and the amenities are extremely beautiful. The hotel is over 100 years and is quite historic. The property allows you to see wildlife and a great nature setting.

I was here for a conference and really enjoyed my stay. It is a bit expensive but a wonderful experience. Lots of activities in a beautiful setting. Golf was really fun and trip to 7 falls and Pikes Peak railway is recommended.

Fabulous experience, from the check-in to check-out! The room was super nice and comfy, and the grounds were absolutely beautiful! Took a walk around the lake each morning to just appreciate nature and the grounds keepers! Everyone was super accommodating.
