Description: Tucanos is an experiential dining, family-friendly destination that combines the unique serving style of the traditional Brazilian grilling, referred to as "churrasco" (shoe-HAS-ko) - an exhibition-style meal surrounded by flames and colors, with the flair and festivity of the beaches of Rio de Janeiro. The cuisine features specially seasoned or marinated meats and vegetables (nearly 20 varieties), grilled and then served hot off the skewers at each table until the guest's appetite is fully gratified. Guests will find one-of-a-kind touches at the restaurant abound, including the color-coded, Tucanos Cue. Placing the Tucanos cue green side up lets the entree servers know that guests would like the parade of seasoned meats, vegetables and fresh pineapple brought to the table. Expertly trained meat servers then slice sizzling portions off skewers directly onto diners' plates. Tucanos also offers an abundant and award-winning Salad Festival, featuring more than 70 items.

We arrived and were seated immediately as we did make a reservation. The room is large and open so having a conversation is difficult. The salad bar is good with lots of choices, however it would be nice if people did not let their children who can’t reach items try to get things themselves. Several children were unsupervised.I realize that this is not the restaurant fault it . A lot of the meat was dry, grilled pineapple was the best. Several of the meat carvers were excellent. Server was new and never cleared plates. And struggled with drink. However It was a pleasant experience, and would return again

We came in for the Father's Day special. Wow just wow. The amount of different types of meats was incredible. There were 5 different kinds of prepared beef, pork, sausage, shrimp, salmon, pineapple, vegetable, and much more. Plus, meal includes a salad bar with one side is salad, one side is prepared salads and shrimp and the last side is hot food items. The shrimp cocktail, lobster bisque soup and all the beef items were my favorite. I was glad I had reservations. They were telling people it was an hour wait at 5p without a reservation. We were seated right away. Don't miss this restaurant.

We went with another couple for lunch. We had not been here for over a year and I forgot how nice it was. The service is nothing but excellent. We requested certain items and within a minute they were at our table. The food is tasty and you can eat and try whatever you want. I personally liked all the steak items and the mango fish. We will be back.

Our kids LOVE to go to Tucanos for birthdays and other special occasions. In addition to a good salad bar and a pasta buffet, the waiters will come by the table with different types of meat that you can ask for a slice of. After sampling a dozen different types of meats, they'll keep coming by with more of the same or ask if there's anything in particular that you'd like. It's all quite good.
