The location was decent but such is Breck, you're close to everything no matter where you stay. The rental had it's issues, jacuzzi bath was broken as was the garbage disposal. To their credit the property managers were quick to respond but the reality is an owner can't allow this to happen and it's my understanding he knew the tub wasn't working. The tub wasn't repaired during our stay. Things happen and it certainly didn't bother us too much but a rental should be 100% functional, period. The process should be explained much better in terms of garage use and ski storage. We figured it out in time but again, that's on the rental company to provide. You role isn't to simply pass along the keys to the place with a coke and smile, you've got to provide more detail so your guests aren't left to figure it out for themselves. Overall I wouldn't return to this particular unit, exterior is really dated as is the hallways and entry. Owner did a nice job renovating his unit and the heated garage is worth it's weight in gold.
