There were 4 of us for dinner and everything went really well. The online/text reservation system was easy to use and made it simple to modify our time.
Their COVID mitigation processes seemed totally adequate.
Finally, the service was really good and the food great. Two of our party ordered off of the lunch menu after 5pm (which means lunch had stopped) but they accommodated our special request with no problem. I had "The Pasta" w/chicken and it was some of the best I've had. Great atmosphere, and great service.
Complaining about cost seems kind of silly to me since you're at a ski resort, for Pete's Sake! :-)

Pretty limited lunch menu, and quite expensive (in true ski resort fashion). The food itself is actually pretty good...the grilled cheese with brisket was absolutely delicious, as were the brussel sprouts. As long as you don’t mind overpaying for your food, it’s a welcome change to the typical mountain grub.

No explicit vegetarian options. The $18 ‘Grilled Cheese’ sandwich even has meat. Brussels sprouts (sans bacon) were great! I ended up getting the grilled cheese without meat and it was probably the worst grilled cheese Sam’s which I’d ever had...very little cheese on Texas toast...for $18...

This was our final day at Breckenridge so we decided to splurge and make a reservation at Sevens to have a memorable lunch experience. When we arrived the hostess looked all over the restaurant for a table to seat us, (there were about ten open tables that I saw), she discussed location with several staff and came back to show us to our table. She took us out of the normal dining area and back into a staff area where the kitchen and table buss carts were located. the staff were hanging out looking over the dining area the entire time we were there, we felt as if the restaurant was trying to hide us from the general public. The waiter was friendly but seemed inconvenienced when I suggested chocolate sprinkles on my Spanish coffee would earn bonus points. The food runner that brought our charcuterie board was very detailed in explaining the various items on the board and the charcuterie board was excellent as were our lunch entrées. The Spanish coffees were weak, we have ordered these from many restaurants and are experienced in how they should taste. When we completed or meal and started to put our gear on the buss staff hovered and actually sprayed down our table before I stepped away, we were only there for an hour and spent well over a hundred dollars. I understand in this time of covid tables are needed but this was not the experience we were looking for / paid for.
