Every employee at the Dream Inn makes our visit feel special. The rooms are clean, bright, excellent views and affordable. The restaurant has amazing food (always get the burger, perfect) and service! We love it at the Dream Inn and will continue to come back. From the moment we pulled into the valet parking we knew that we made the right decision for where to stay in Santa Cruz. The staff was very professional, friendly and made my children and I feel so welcome to be there! Once we got to the room I was blown away by the ocean view and how clean our room was! We will absolutely be back to stay here again!

Beautiful hotel but expensive. I was not happy to have to pay $25 a day to park and no continetial breakfast or coffee was offered. If you are spending a lot of money to stay at a hotel, parking and breakfast should be included. The hotel was clean and the views are to die for. Street tacos were offerend during lunch at the pool deck and cost $12 for 3 tacos. A little steep but they were delicious.

On the other hand, I am truly sorry that your expectation of complimentary parking and complimentary breakfast is not included in your nightly rate. We do offer package deals that include breakfast or parking in the rate but this would need to be reserved as a package. If your travels bring you back to the Santa Cruz area I suggest inquiring on what packages we have available for the dates of stay your looking for to better service you and accommodate you.

Dream inn is a very family oriented and very quite place and has a family or any that have a self contains two bedroom unit. The services I cansay first class if you have some problem they are very quick in no time. Its very convenient for transport, taxis, buses,hire cars, shopping mall 5mins walk across.and not far another 5star hotel join to the mall is stanley hotel. In Dream inn their is a pool,cafe, and other facilities. Security is very good for people who are security conscious. Its is a family and all oriented type.

The hotel is in a great location, right on the beach with a really nice pool area that serves great drinks and a fresh taco bar daily. There’s also a menu if tacos aren’t your thing and poolside service. The hotel restaurant, Aquarius, has a great view of the water and great food.

The lobby of the Dream Inn is welcoming and adorable. The staff (front desk, cafe, valets) were all so friendly and helpful. Our room had an amazing view of the bay, and was perfectly tidy. The hotel is walkable to the wharf (sea lions!j and the boardwalk (such a fun amusement park!) We will definitely be back!
