I stayed in Vagabond Inn Executive for 5 days in the second week of March 2018. The check in was smooth. I had requested for a room with kitchenette. The management responded to my request and gave me a very big room with attached bathroom and kitchenette. The room was quite comfortable and very well furnished. There was a writing desk, a couch and a large double bed. Wi-fi is free in the property and has excellent speed. The kitchenette was well equipped with pots, pans and cutlery. It had a microwave and also a large double door fridge. The bathroom was very spacious that included an ironing desk too. Breakfast was modest but included in the price of the room. I would highly recommend Vagabond Inn as a place to stay.

Clean room, comfortable bed, helpful staff. Average "continental breakfast," which we checked out on a previous stay. Opted for breakfast at Dupar's on Lake this time; much better. The street traffic along Colorado Blvd. fronting the hotel is a bit noisy at times, but overall not a problem. The A/C unit fan provides good white noise.

Room Tip: Ground floor will probably get more noise from busy Colorado Blvd. fronting the hotel.

This Vagabond Inn looks dated from the street. What a surprise to find the room modern and well decorated. Loved the calm colors of the room, soothing wallpaper, soft silver and blue with subtle pattern, very clean and modern vibe. Good lighting, comfortable bed, sliding privacy glass door to bathroom, a small refrigerator and microwave, nice laminate floor, not carpet. The Inn offers discounts to veterans, which was appreciated. We ended up with room 326 which was a suite with sofa and tv in a separate sitting room for the military rate. Very excellent stay for two nights. I don’t think you can beat this price for what was offered. We didn’t eat their breakfast but walked to McDonalds just a couple blocks away.

Room Tip: Room 326 on third floor overlooking Colorado Blvd. at the end of hall was a suite, roomy comfortable and quiet

Fabulous value and comfort within easy walk/frequent bus of Playhouse District, The Rose, restaurants, shopping, etc. Regular motel layout but clean modern rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds, blackout drapes, free efficient Internet, and outstanding breakfast. Staff friendly and efficient. Great deal!

Room Tip: Corner rooms near Registration/breakfast room are larger

We stayed here due to a last minute change of plan - price was very reasonable however this was reflected with a fairly dirty/dusty room with a musty smell. Was fine for the one night stopover but I wouldn't of stayed any longer.
